Skyjo-o is a strategic mobile card game played over multiple rounds. Players aim to minimize their scores, and the game ends when someone reaches 100 points. The player with the lowest total score wins.
Each player receives 12 face-down cards arranged in a 4×3 grid. Players reveal two cards, then take turns drawing from the discard pile or draw pile to replace cards, reveal hidden cards, and reduce their score.
The goal is to finish the game with the lowest total score. The game ends when any player reaches or exceeds 100 points.
Each player receives 12 cards face down, arranges them in a 4×3 grid, flips two cards face up, and one card from the deck is placed face up to start the discard pile. The remaining cards form the draw pile.
The player whose two visible cards have the highest combined value takes the first turn.
On your turn, you can either take the top card from the discard pile and swap it with one of your 12 cards, or draw the top card from the draw pile and choose to keep it or discard it.
No. When swapping with a face-down card, you cannot look at that card before making the exchange.
If you draw from the draw pile and decide not to keep the card, you discard it face up and then flip one of your face-down cards.
If you ever have three identical cards in a single column, you immediately remove all three cards and place them on the discard pile. This rule also applies at the end of a round when hidden cards are revealed.
A round ends when a player has revealed all their cards. The remaining players then play their turns so everyone has played the same number of turns.
At the end of a round, all remaining face-down cards are revealed. Each player adds their round score to their total. Positive scores increase the total, while negative scores reduce it.
If the player who ended the round does not have the lowest score for that round, their positive score doubles.
The game ends when any player’s total score reaches or exceeds 100 points. The player with the lowest overall score wins.
Skyjo-o Perks is a mode that adds special cards and new mechanics to the classic Skyjo-o style. All classic Skyjo-o rules still apply.
In Skyjo-o Perks, you can discard 4 identical cards in the same row. During a round, you can discard either rows or columns, but not both.
Unused Perk cards are worth +10 points.
When a Chameleon card is drawn or revealed, you may select a Perk card. Chameleon has a value of zero and can act as a wild card to help eliminate a full row or column.
Perk cards can let you swap cards with other players, switch two of your own cards, draw three cards, peek at hidden cards, remove cards from opponents, take extra turns, block harmful effects, or activate cards from the Perk discard pile.
